Micro-Business Update
The SEDA program (means "push me up" in Swahili) is the micro-business program I helped to start in Kenya with the widows, farmers, poultry groups and tailors in the region of Vihigia (Rural Western Kenya), Eldorett, and Nakura (cities in Kenya).
We visited in March of 2009 to see the various groups and how they were doing after receiving their loans. Many were affected due to the drought they had this spring.
