Phil Chipouras is a human resources development professional with more than 35 years of experience. He came to What’s Next Career Transition Services from Lee Hecht Harrison, a Denver-based outplacement firm, where he was a career coach and consultant. Phil has dedicated his career to helping individuals learn and grow through job transitions, as well as working with organizations to create strategic plans to improve management and overall operations. He frequently gives presentations on job market trends and transition techniques.
